My takeaways from certain experiences; from summiting the highest mountain in South America & the Western hemisphere to hiking through the historical significant Kokoda Track, all the way to running 100 mile/100km/50mile & 50km ultramarathons all over Australia. I report on the experience; from the people I meet, to the terrain, things I learnt and enjoyed and what’s going on inside my head during these adventures.
