Not all challenges require months of intensive training, weeks of camping on the side of a mountain or days of continuously pushing limits. Sometimes they’re as simple as jumping out of a plane, diving with sharks or jumping from a platform with a rope tied to your feet. Overcoming fears in an extreme environment even if only for a couple minutes can be just as challenging as running 100 miles or climbing to the top of a mountain.
