TUESDAY– 1 hour – Treadmill @75% (13.3km)
WEDNESDAY– 1 hour – Cardio Boxing– Strength: Legs #1
THURSDAY– 1 hour – Cardio Boxing– Strength: Pull #2
FRIDAY– Buffalo Stampede – 10km SkySprint
SATURDAY– Buffalo Stampede – 75km Ultra SkyMarathon
SUNDAY– Strength: Push #1
