5 Major sets


SET 1: Burpees

  • 1 Set: 100 Burpees

Set 2: Back, Abs & legs

  • 5 Supersets:
    • Exercise 1: Pull-Ups
    • Exercise 2: Lying Leg Raises
    • Exercise 3: 25 Jump Squats

Set 3: Chest & Abs

  • 5 Supersets:
    • Exercise 1: Push-Ups
    • Exercise 2: Sit-Ups

Set 4: Triceps & Glutes

  • 5 Supersets:
    • Exercise 1: Tricep Dips wth chair
    • Exercise 2: Glute Bridge

Set 5: Cardio & Abs

  • 3 Supersets:
    • Exercise 1: 2 minutes Jumping Rope
    • Exercise 2: 1.5 minutes Plank
